cellmap_flow.blockwise

Blockwise processing.

CellMapFlowBlockwiseProcessor is re-exported lazily: importing it pulls in the whole inference stack, and cellmap_flow blockwise --help – which goes through this package to reach cli.py – paid ~18s for it before printing anything.
